Brock Lesnar

The iconic American wrestler and former UFC heavyweight champion, Brock Lesnar, has reportedly been banned from professional wrestling.

UFC star and commentator, Daniel Cormier, revealed the ban slapped on Brock Lesnar during a recent episode of The MightyCast podcast, hosted by Demetrious Johnson.

Cormier hinted at Lesnar’s serious troubles but declined to go into detail, sparking widespread speculation about the reason behind the sudden blacklisting.

“Right now, Brock is on the banned list. He is in so much trouble,” Cormier said. “You know what Brock did. I ain’t telling you on air.”

While no official statement has been released by WWE or any major wrestling promotion, the timing of Lesnar’s ban has raised eyebrows, especially in light of the ongoing sexual misconduct and trafficking lawsuit involving WWE’s former chairman and CEO, Vince McMahon.

According to multiple reports, the controversy stems from a lawsuit filed in 2024 by former WWE employee, Janel Grant.

The suit accuses McMahon of coercing her into a non-consensual sexual relationship and subsequently trafficking her to Brock Lesnar between 2020 and 2021.

Though Lesnar has not publicly addressed the allegations, his name has been repeatedly mentioned in connection with the case.

Lesnar, 47, has been a towering figure in sports entertainment for over two decades, known for his unmatched physical dominance and explosive performances in both the WWE and UFC.

His abrupt absence from recent WWE programming had already sparked questions among fans, but the confirmation of a ban adds more intrigue to the brewing scandal.

The wrestling giant, often seen as untouchable, now faces uncertain days ahead as the industry distances itself from the allegations clouding his name.

Neither Brock Lesnar nor his representatives have issued an official comment as of the time of this report. Also, WWE is yet to publicly react to this development.
