
Super Falcons striker, Asisat Oshoala has singled out two of her team-mates for praise following Nigeria’s 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, WAFCON, final victory against Morocco on Saturday.
Recall that Nigeria defeated the hosts nation 3-2 in the final of the WAFCON to lift their 10th trophy.
Three goals from Esther Okoronkwo, Folashade Ijamilusi and Jennifer Echegini gave the Super Falcons the victory against Morocco.
In a post on her Instagram story after the game, Oshoala, who came off the bench in the second half in the final, expressed her love for Oluwatosin Demehin and Deborah Abiodun.
The former Barcelona star said she cannot tell her “Mission X” story without the duo.
“Love them scatter. Can’t tell my Mission X story without these two [Oluwatosin Demehin and Deborah Abiodun],” Oshoala posted on her Instagram story alongside the picture of the Demehin and Abiodun.
