Former Osun State governor, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola has berated President Bola Tinubu’s government over the economic hardship facing the country.
Oyinlola said that Nigerians are experiencing ‘renewed hardship’, instead of renewed hope that the President promised them during his campaign before 2023 election.
Speaking on Tuesday, in an interview with Eagle 102.5 FM, Ilese Ijebu, Ogun State, the former Osun State governor expressed concern over the state of the nation, accusing Tinubu’s government of failing to deliver on its promises.

Oyinlola pointed to widespread poverty, insecurity, and the deteriorating quality of life as evidence that the administration has not only fallen short but has worsened conditions for ordinary citizens.
He said: “When he was campaigning, he promised a Renewed Hope. What we are seeing now is nothing short of bad governance.
“The economy is in terrible shape, and it’s affecting every Nigerian.”
