Di developers no fit get di necessary layout approvals from di Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, and e no get any wahala to remind dem say wetin dem dey do na illegal matter.
“Di refusal of di owners to abide by di sustainable development ethos and di T.H.E.M.E.S+ Agenda for Lagos state no fit gree,” Sotire talk. But e still give dem 21 days to wahala dey process dia documents. Make dem no pretend say dem no hear o! (Time don dey tick, and no be only palm wine wey dey make us happy!)
