Popular Nollywood actress Jemima Osunde has opened up about her biggest fear in life — and it’s not failure or heartbreak, but poverty.
Speaking during a recent episode of The Culture League podcast hosted by Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface, the actress didn’t mince words when asked about what truly scares her.
“My biggest fear in life… I can survive many things, but I can never survive poverty. I can never do it,” she said firmly.
Known for her grace and class on and off screen, Jemima Osunde added that she has no romantic view of being poor and doesn’t wish to ever experience it.
“Being real and being poor — how does it benefit me? I don’t even want to taste poverty. I’m okay where I am. I don’t want it.”
The actress further explained that while she’s willing to work hard to secure the bag, there are lines she won’t cross.
“I can do anything for money so long as it doesn’t affect my dignity, decency, and moral,” she emphasized.
Her candidness has resonated with fans online, many praising her honesty and unapologetic stance on financial security.
