In a surprising turn of events, Virginia Huynh — famously known as Gina and formerly referred to as Victim-3 in the criminal case against music mogul Diddy Combs — has written a heartfelt letter to the court, urging the judge to grant Diddy bail ahead of his sentencing.

Huynh, who was once a key witness for the prosecution, withdrew from testifying just days before the trial began. Prosecutors previously revealed they had lost contact with her and her attorney. However, in a move that could sway public and judicial opinion, Huynh has come forward publicly and for the first time, identified herself by name in court records.

In the letter, which was filed as part of the defence team’s latest motion, she described Combs as a “committed family man” and insisted that he “has not been violent in many years.”

“Our relationship was not always perfect,” Huynh admitted, “but he was willing to acknowledge his mistakes and make better decisions in the future.”

She also emphasized that she does not believe Diddy poses a threat to the community, suggesting he deserves the chance to prepare for sentencing outside of prison.

The letter arrives just weeks after Combs was convicted on two counts related to transportation to engage in prostitution, and with his sentencing set for October 3rd, the stakes are high.

The development has sparked mixed reactions online, with some seeing the letter as a genuine act of forgiveness, while others question the timing and motive behind the sudden show of support.
