Lawyer and activist Deji Adeyanju called on suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan to make public any evidence of alleged sexu@l harassment by Senate President Godswill Akpabio.
In a post on X, Adeyanju questioned the timing of releasing such evidence following Akpoti-Uduaghan’s recent challenges.
The senator, in a prior Arise TV interview, accused Akpabio of making sexu@l advances and obstructing her legislative duties, claims that followed her public dispute with him over a Senate chamber seat reallocation.
On March 6, 2025, Akpoti-Uduaghan was suspended for six months due to the seating altercation.
Although an Abuja court ruled the suspension excessive and ordered her reinstatement, she was denied entry to the legislative complex on Tuesday, July 22, when attempting to resume duties.
