Controversial social media critic VeryDarkMan has reignited tensions with a diss track targeting multiple public figures, including Edo State Governor Monday Okpebholo, street-hop singer Portable, and popular clergyman Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin.
The track, released on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, features VeryDarkMan ridiculing Governor Okpebholo over his recently leaked West African Examination Council (WAEC) results, which showed poor academic performance.
“E8, WAEC result of a governor. INEC, shame on you,” he rapped, directly calling out Nigeria’s electoral body for clearing Okpebholo’s candidacy.

He also didn’t spare singer Portable, with whom he has an ongoing public feud stemming from an alleged tricycle theft. Portable was reportedly apprehended and beaten over the incident — a moment VeryDarkMan referenced mockingly in his lyrics.
Clergyman Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin was also a target in the track. VeryDarkMan threw jabs at the prophet’s controversial ‘healing water’ and spiritual products.
This isn’t the first time he has clashed with Fufeyin. Earlier, the critic slammed the pastor’s use of “miracle” soap, water, and perfume, accusing him of preying on desperate followers and promoting fake healing.
